Insurance and Billing

We will file all traditional insurance plans for you. Feel free to contact our office to verify amount of orthodontic benefit on your dental plan. Dr. Kelly Goeckner does NOT participate in Health Management Organizations and is NOT a Medicaid or NC Healthy Blue Provider.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, debit or credit cards and have autodraft options for your convenience. We also offer payment options with no finance charge or annual percentage rate. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

Transfer Patients 

We do accept transfer patients on a case-by-case basis. Please ask your original provider for the AAO Transfer Records form and releases to help expedite the process. While we have patients from all surrounding areas of Wilson including Elm City, Sharpsburg, Middlesex, Bailey, Lucama, Saratoga, Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, Farmville, Kenly, Selma, Tarboro, Smithfield, Greenville, Wendell and Zebulon, we generally* do not accept local transfers.
